The Randall Family

I was so blessed to have received this wonderful 1908 photo of my great grandparents this year, 2012.   Great Grandfather, William Sankey Randall (born May 11, 1862) married Great Grandma Eva May Crocker (born Oct.24, 1864).  They had 11 children:  George Ray, Eleanor Ellen Jane, Oliver Cromwell , Lillian Emma, Margaret Pearl ( my Grandma), Marie Mary Maude, Elizabeth Reed, John Pierce, Charles William, Dora May, and Wilma Eva.  In this photo (back row) are:  Marie, Pearl (my grandma), Charles Morrow & his wife, Eleanor Randall, and Lillian.  Second Row (seated):  Oliver, Great Grandfather William Randall holding baby Dora, Great Grandmother Eva, George, holding his daughter, Margaret, & wife Jennie.  Seated bottom row, Elizabeth (who died from pnemonia when she was 15 years old.)
Journaling reads:  In the back row, second from the left, is my lovely grandmother, Pearl. She was 15 years old in this photo. My grandfather, Chester McCance, was once engaged to Marie, Grandma’s sister, who is standing next to Grandma. When Marie got sick with T.B., and ultimately died at 22 years old, my grandfather started dating Grandma, fell in love, and he asked for her hand in marriage.

Page kit used for this heritage page is Lauren Bavin's lovely Creme Caramel . Also used Marcee Duggar's gorgeous Vintage Collector 4 Element Set (postcard) and her incredible Heritage Charmer Deluxe Word Art 1.

This is my Grandma Oakes showing off her long hair.  This photo was taken in the early 1900's near New Castle, PA.  Robyn Gough's beautiful Cinnamon Sunday Value Collection was just perfect for this heritage page and it complimented the fabulous free spirit Grandma had.
